They don't need to do a financing. They're getting cash from the exercise of roughly 38M warrants that is happening right now and contributing to this selling pressure.

For anyone new and surprised at the swings: welcome to Sernova! :)

I expect this to bounce once all of the warrants are done and they release news. Shouldn't have to wait too long as there was lots in the pipeline per the October call last year.
