RE:RE:ICM is easy open pit in Nevada Hopefully some of you have read the ICM 43-101 now.  The issue is not really the digging of unmineralized cover, it is that there is no known method of doing this digging, all below the water table, you cannot mine through goop, clearly stated in the 43-101.  Simply cannot be done, unless you freeze it first.  And, this water stauration is interesting in that water does not have much lithium in it, so you cannot pump and treat like ALB.  Thats the problem, again, please read the report.
