Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Thanks for the heads up, bought a few dollars to bookmark. ~50 cents ATM, It just popped so expect it to drop again before climbing imo. Looks like a growth stock, going to watch for a nice buy in price. But.... Why would you invest in this when GRB is set to pop? I'm going to wait for at least Sage or Montalva at least :D
