I believe that their note to investors speaks as clearly as they possibly could that something didn't look kosher to them...I have never read a public, audited document that goes into as much detail about the difficulty of uncovering fraud as they did.

Go read it - chilling, and completely appropriate as they have a reputation to uphold.

Sadly, Aurelio, Michel Timperio and Andre Godin gave up on that years ago when they continue to assign their names to this company.
