The chinese currently control the bulk of the cobalt supply chain and that makes america vulnerable. Only this week the chinese moved to tighten their monoplistic control of the rare earth metals market..... In the life or death struggle for world supremacy even china joe will get checkmated on securing the strategic mineral sypply line....
