RE:RE:Expecting a dip re: Keystone - BidenCleaner oil sources might actually benefit, especially if carbon tax and additional costs are added for land footprint, reclamation costs etc. If AXE proves the tech, the SP is exploding higher no matter what Biden does IMO.
