RE:RE:RE:Oil service providers healing nicely Thanks Whampoa, maybe Chevron are already aware of Acceleware's combined technical
and computational expertise. Especially as AXE has become more and more focused on
the creation of a modernized, high-tech way to re-energize Canada’s energy sector, and position the country as a leader in driving a cleaner global energy future.
They have collaborated and had partnerships with many companies around the world,
(currently of course with GE ) in many different countries and areas, using their extensive experience in utilizing GPUs for HPC to solve their customers’ computational challenges.
To touch on your questions 1 and 2 at the end of your post, I do not profess to have any
specific inside knowledge on their sales strategy. However, I do think there are undoubtedly many revenue avenues ahead and in the oil sands particularly, with their RF Modular and
RF XL tech as you know, they have been fully recognised already by two other majors with Suncor and now another (unknown at the moment) who have both invested dollars and
their expertise as partners, to develop their game-changing tech further.
They are open to working with many other investment partners that might also become interested as this moves along. They also have ideas 'outside-the- box' for using their
RF tech for example to heat cooled bitumen within rail cars at destination terminals,
enabling undiluted (neat) bitumen to be shipped safely in rail cars. They have applied
for a patent for this already.
Also, with AXE's patents in this field, they are slowly developing a library of intellectual
property. Two patents held; 14 patents pending and applications for an additional eight
more currently being prepared, which might begin to offer some insight into other parts
of their sales strategy. This I would assume, would give them lots of flexibility through
licences etc and to work with many company's both large and small.
They have potentially the ability to deploy its RF heating one well at a time and therefore broadening the market in the oil sands further, possibly helping to reduce some capital
risk for some producers to start small and scale up.
The above is just some of the info and thoughts I have gleaned from their existing
information on their website, presentations and previous NR's. As always of course,
I should add the usual line that everyone should always do their own due diligence.
Acceleware's 2 pge
Backgrounder and 3pge Acceleware's
Overview pretty much
covers most of the important highlights and in particular I think their 'goals long term'
are pretty much summed up IMO at the bottom of pge 2 of the overview under the
heading:
'Benefits for all Albertans, Canadians and the World' These documents can be found on their Media Kit webpage at:
