Biden signed 17 "Executive Orders" in about 17 minutes today so I'm sure a lot of serious thought about implications, etc. went into every one.

Or he just relied on his administration staff to give reasonable consideration to each one. Like how many people lose their jobs on the pipeline project and the Southern Wall project. Like how much it will cost tax payers for breaking of solid contracts.
