RE:RE:RE:RE:Exploits Reports 66.3 G/T Silver In Sample At Katie ProspectThanks for the post Sciencegeek.
FWIW my interest in Newfoundland Gold deposits came about because a man called Quentin Hennigh (who is a well respected geologist) was appointed a Board Member of NFG. He likened the mineralistion he saw at NFG to that which he encountered at the Fosterville Mine in Australia a few years ago. Fosterville has since been developed into a very rich underground mine by Kirkland Lake Gold.
I've bought and sold NFG and hoping to do the same at Exploits but my entry point is higher than yours!
NFLG have "bought" much of the land they now operate by the issuance of shares to former land owners (including the recent purchase of land from NFG) so there has been heavy dilution. They have reached the point of owning a large area of drilling rights in a way which has avoided them from diminishing their cash. Note also that the "deal" they have with GoldSpot is mainly based on future royaly payments.
As you say difficult to understand why NFG would sell on some of their exploration territory. On the positive side since NFG now own around 10% of NFGL and are reported to have located their own drill posions with imput from SpotGold, there must be a close relationship between NFG/NFLG and Spot Gold which can't be bad!
