your scepticism abourt numbers is ok, but notice that the amount has been increased from 50 tons concentrate to 300 tons. If they have done due diligence and found that the production capacity is shaky, why would they not stick to the 50 tons first to see how it goes before committing to a higher amount?
And maybe the request for confidentiality came from Ocean Partners.
It could be the volatility in silver prices and they somehow must find an agreement about a price. A daily price would hardly work since Oceans would buy when silver has been hit and Bayhorse would like to sell at a high. This could never work. Who knows.
