If you are invested in this for Buc you have made a huge mistake!

MCUR is small potatoes compared to RVV.  RVV financed more money today than MCUR is valued at.  For MCUR to attain the same financing they would have to dilute about 200% bringing their float closer to 200 million outstanding.

The real target here is a buyout for our mushroom play, cash on hand helps get bigger money on that deal.

That's why we are at 50 cents, if it was on the back of BUC I expect we would be trading in the 30's.
