That was me, I was the guy. :-) I was hoping it would hit .30 but it obviously didn't. Now with the projections out, I'm done speculating on pennies and have gone all in for the long hold. Still in lower than my last exit so I am satisfied. Flipping is fun if you are on the right side of the fence but don't get caught behind on a big NR. Nothing but positives moving forward so I can rest easy now and sit on the profits.

We may even bypass the .40's and go straight to holding in the .50's on the next set of "real" numbers. Good luck all.
