Certainly, but anticipation of that demand is what composes speculation today, and although the full impact of a supply deficit is years away, so is the supply uptake from manufacturing. We can assume that currency fluctuations will be among the first factors to become apparent due to deficit spending, but speculation, being news driven, could fall suddenly upon a Pandemic setback.
