The Company owns approximately 49% of the common shares and 100% of the Class B shares in Main Street 1549 Proprietary Limited (Main Street 1549), which holds a 10% participating interest in the Exploration Rights for Block 11B/12B offshore the Republic of South Africa (Block 11B/12B). Block 11B/12B is located in the Outeniqua Basin approximately 175 kilometers (km) off the southern coast of South Africa. The block covers an area of 19,000 square kilometers (Km2) with water depths ranging from 200 meters in the north to 1,800 meters in the south.

RE:RE:where did everybody go Well hopefully, Africa Energy management is busy behind the scenes as our share price languishes:
-closing the Block 2B farmout to ensure drilling of Gazania (even if AEC needs to contribute cash, the well must be drilled and AEC is sitting on plenty of cash anyhow)
-preparing to drill Gazania as non-operator
-working with Operator Total to quantify 11b-12b resources and finalize contracts w RSA Govt
-working with a group like Woodmac to create development/valuation reports
-working with analysts to re-establish the message to shareholders of the significance of the Block 11b-12b resources
-getting back on the road (may have to be virtual) to get the message out there that was not well received post Luipard (but it should have been!).

Lazy?  I don't think so.  These guys are seriously vested in the company and want to realize true value as much as we do.
