I spoke to Michael many times 15 months ago when we were trying to put together a deal for Medical to take the CSS assets from Global in conjunction with the restructuring directors. I have spoken to him several times since. He has a very good understanding of what is needed. He comes to this from a humanitarian perspective not a greed one. This is a positive development. I wish him well.
