That would be correct, but they had not done an external financing in 10 years and bought back some stock but employees get options. Their balance sheet is decent due to good fiscal management. The acquisition they made was mostly through debt and some shares to the founder so the float has been remarkably flat. Would never compare the balance sheet with IWS/SHRC.
