And saying that warrants are usually debt or something...and that a retail investor exercised (or shall I say "excersized") the warrants for him...if you're going to bash, you need to atleast make sense. Try harder.
He had options as well-they were cut off on the post, but you can see them on Canadian insider
(In fact if I was to post a more negative post-I would cite all the insider transactions going back over the months-it ain't pretty)
Bottom line-the net net was free shares to Roberto and 180,000 in the company coffer , and some retail investor has the shares
