Its Clayton Valley Project in the Clayton Valley of central Nevada for the exploration and development of lithium resources, comprises 950 claims over 23,360 acres (9,450 hectares). In addition, the Company is focused on new processing technologies for lithium through its collaboration with global multinational technology partners such as Tenova Advanced Technologies, at the process testing, engineering, and design stage on the Clayton Valley Project.

This thought also crossed my mine. Still nice to see PE shares taking advantage of Lithium being ‘fashionable’ & in play; all lithium producers on my watch list are up nicely today. Other possibility is that major players like Albemarle or even Schlumberger are looking to monopolize this market by consolidating (taking over) number of start-ups; this includes Tesla or other EV makers.
If equity issue is the reason, then I think company would like to see somewhat higher reference for 30 days or so…as a reference for new issue. Regardless, I’m still going for the ride here for a little bit longer.
