The private placement

The private placementI have no problems with CRE raising 10 million to move forward. You need money to make money.

What pixxses me off is that a select few get to grab cheap shares right after many hard working investors just paid 1.30 !!!

I am not amoung those since my position was established at lower levels, but it does not seem fair to me to the recent investors that joined our ranks.

There is no doubt that our SP will hit 1.75 later this year and probably before summer. So if all units are sold, and they probably will at these levels, here is what management gets to "play" around with.

11,363,750 units at $1.10 = 12,5 million
5,681,875 units from warrants at $1.75 = 9,9 million

So roughly 22 million between now and the construction signal. (5 to 6 months)
