Critical Elements Lithium Corporation is a Canada-based lithium exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and processing of critical minerals mining properties in Canada. Its projects include Rose Lithium-Tantalum, Rose North, Rose South, Arques, Bourier, Dumulon, Duval, Nisk, Lemare, Caumont, and Valiquette. The Rose Lithium-Tantalum property consists of over 473 claims covering a total area of over 24.99 square kilometers (km2). It lies in the northeastern part of Superior Province, within the Eastmain greenstone belt. The Rose North property consists of about 31 claims covering a total area of over 16.14 km2. The Arques Property is composed of one block totaling around 136 claims covering an area of 6,840.93 hectares (ha) over 18 kilometers (kms) in length in a Southwest-Northeast direction. Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

Who really knows where the stock will go today or tomorrow -- i think most here would agree that 2-4 weeks out we will be higher than 1.30 assuming the overall market stays intact. Stocks go down on a financing typically when the people/institutions getting in on the deal sell their existing holdings at higher prices to participate lower and grab the half warrant....I can not be 100% sure on this but heard that many of the participants in this round are new shareholders and as such will not be selling to acquire -- so we may see this much firmer than a normal PP. The other reason stocks drop is because a financing done in a time of weakness or very very bad terms like a super cheap warrant for 5 years. The terms here are favourable and speak to the strength of the company - that is why they were able to offer a warrant considerably higher than the market. If i were a betting man i would say that within 2-3 days we are right back at 1.30......we shall see (this is partly dependent on the overall market and the general Li space)
