So the shareholders that received the shares in Rockshield Acquisition Corp., once amalgamated with Quality Green, should benefit from the new pubco and because it will be an opperating subsidiary of Rockshield Capital, will benefit from the revenue stream or losses depending on Quality Greens operations? Have to wait and see if the Amalgamation moves forward.
