The closing of the PP was surprisingly really good. Shares issued at .31 and warrants at .50 great for FCC although does very little for Cruz.

The options exercised by insiders was a crooked move. Pumped and dumped is what this appears to be. Sad to say it but that occurs quite often with junior miners.
