You have never been invested in a company only to see a larger multi-national buy it out with a deal that paid common shareholders only a small premium over the current price? I have. And it was a Chinese company that did the buying (no knock on China - there is money and power there). So, is our share price struggling? Yeah. Could we be aquired? Sure.

Before all the weird types go off on me just note I hold a bunch of shares still and hope to be holding them in the future. But be real.
