When Cathe Wood of Ark Investment Management buys stock in pyrogenesis she is actually buying a piece of hpq silicon resources. Pyrogenesis owns 50% of hpq nanoparticles a subsidiary of hpq silicon resources. Which could be a 100% owner of hpq nanoparticles if they decided do so. I am hoping that doesn't happen as we would not get true value. I think most Long's know this. Please correct me if I'm I'm wrong as i am not as wise as some on this board.
