RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Liftoff in Q4 2020 of 10B USD Hanford Nuclear contract Just curious Rookie did you believe SNC was "corrupt" while you owned the stock. My take Agrafe 2 has not led to any charges against SNC. My risk assessment says a fine of less than 10 million rather than a criminal prosecution. Not material for me. If there were no issues with this company the sp would not be in the low 20's. FYI I was buying Valeant from $20 down to under $10. Built a sizeable position and more than doubled my money in a rather short period of time. I was able to see through the legal issues and determined that Bausch and Salix were both tremendous acquisitions and worth substantially more than the naysayers said they were. Additionally, I recognized there were many assets that could be sold to pay down the debt. The remaining debt was mangeable and could be further reduced using cash flow from the remaining operations. The same applies here, the market refuses to value the assets the way I value them so I will wait until the market comes around to my way of thinking. I won't let a 10 million dollar potential liability which is immaterial affect my thinking.
