RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. The Company is focused on developing cell therapies for aesthetic and orthopedic conditions, including aging/sun-damaged skin, pattern baldness, and chronic tendon degeneration. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Deal Or No DealNo the CEO of Replicel is a full time employee. I am going to cut him some slack.  I think the holdup is not Replicel's fault other than convincing Mainpointe to get their shite together and get this done.  
I am beginning to think that Mainpointe has thrown Replicel a curve ball.  They possibly have or are trying to change the deal from the first draft. They may be wanting to add other territories (Canada & Mexico) .
Everyone needs a good conspiracy !!!!
