regarding mt. Healthy i rather not share in open to prevent psycho investors from contacting them but invoice payments needs to be approved and this is public info so if you want to find it you can. Ginter has so far billed them $1600 (by EOY 2020).

Cincinnati page is a nightmare to skim through
