New to the troop!

Hey everyone,

I'm new here to THRM (like a moth to the flame). Last weeks excitement and subsequent correction caught my attention, as I'm sure it has many others.

I've sifted through the board and it's filled with a lot of emotional-based flaming, trashing, talking, and insults.

I'm wondering if someone could take a minute to bring me up to speed on some upcoming news, expectations, or plans for this company. Awaiting approvals or expansions? Just the spark notes edition.... but with objective information.
