The USA is a different story and the Constellation marketing team is chomping at the bit to use snoop, Martha, Seth Rogan and others to build brands.
That being said, Canada is reviewing its stringent regulations and will be loosening the rules now that all the "chicken little" alarmist warnings about more crime, more hospitalizations, more impaired driving and the danger to children have been proven to be false.
