RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Cathy Wood is on-board the Pyrogenesis trainOff the top of my head I remember 1:1 warrants.
The only 1/2 warrant I seen and recall was the recent Mackie Research bought deal with PyroGenesis back late last year.

BCONTVentures wrote: Yes, PyroGenesis owns a substantial amount of shares and warrants in HPQ Silicon.
From Pyrogenesis' Q3 results:
Shares in HPQ Silicon: 25,074,200
Warrants in HPQ: 27,344,600 (all warrants are in the money)
Great to see that PyroGenesis has such a vested interest in HPQ Silicon/PUREVAP. For PyroGenesis to invest so much of their own funds into HPQ Silicon, this speaks volumes to the value of PUREVAP and where the PUREVAP QRR and the PUREVAP NSiR are headed.
Exciting times!
Long and Strong in HPQ Silicon and PyroGenesis! bcsc wrote: Koooo wrote: When Cathe Wood of Ark Investment Management buys stock in pyrogenesis she is actually buying a piece of hpq silicon resources. Pyrogenesis owns 50% of hpq nanoparticles a subsidiary of hpq silicon resources. Which could be a 100% owner of hpq nanoparticles if they decided do so. I am hoping that doesn't happen as we would not get true value. I think most Long's know this. Please correct me if I'm I'm wrong as i am not as wise as some on this board.
Pyrogenesis most definitely does not own 50% of HPQ Nano. It has the option of converting the current 10% Royalty of HPQ Nano sales into 50% ownership, but has not exercised this option to date. PYR does own a substantial amount of HPQ stock and warrants.
