RE:RE:???

RE:RE:???If we are going to attract institutional investment, Our board should and must be be stellar, If my business partner past or present brought my company into a situation of question of any kind, I would publically disassociate, apologize and resign. Not on the basis of actual or inferred shady activity but simply on the basis of integrity.

Ft needs a board of people who bring something to the table for the good of the project and I am not seeing this situation helping at this time, maybe I am wrong or maybe indirectly too close to some players. Boards often change members and usually for good reason. In this particular news we all know there are two sides to every story and we have yet to hear the counter or added information on this and because of that alone I see a risk that we don't need and we cannot afford.

If left unaddressed now,  I will be surprised if this does not come up again as this unfolds and our luck will be that it's at a crucial moment and we may be in a position of trying to defend something that we don't have the time or energy for. My personal recommendation is part ways while we are ahead.
