Not sure what Faouzi's definition of the word 'soon' might be. Sometime in 2021?

This is from a December 02, 2020 news release:

"The Company also announces that it was not able to file its audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended July 31, 2020 and related Management's Discussion and Analysis by the prescribed deadline of November 30, 2020. The Company is taking steps to have its annual audit completed and will provide an update in the near future."

They now appear to be behind on two financial quarterlies so we are well overdue on getting those posted in addition to an update on what the future of the company might be.
