RE:RE:RE:Re prem and debentureThat may be, but that is not an acceptable reason for the BoD to give PW a much better deal than another financial institution/ other investors would have negotiated. 

PW made his initial investment years ago and stood to make a great deal of money if BB and its share price took off. That was the deal, of course. That PW bet wrong  does not mean BB or its shareholders now owe any part of their future  value to PW. They do not. The market does not work that way, or at least should not work  that way. When it does, corruption has set in.. 

I am not certain there was a better deal/ better pricing in July 2021. But it certainly looks like the BoD could have looked much longer and tried much harder to find a better deal.
