V2O5 Price Discrepancy Between Chinese and European Markets

V2O5 Price Discrepancy Between Chinese and European Markets What drives the difference in price of V2O5 between Chinese and Eurpean markets. Does it have to do with distrubution or quality? Also why hasn't this been arbitraged out? Thank you in advance for your thoughts.
