RE:RE:RE:RE:SPARTAN BIOSCIENCES Not much diffrence between Saliva samples and nasopharyngeal samples when using PCR or CRISPR testing to test the Saliva samples.
Antigen test of saliva samples has not been proven to work at a high sensistivity except on .high Viral loads.
If Covisafe detected Low Viral loads at hgih sensitivities do u not think they would have released the data already and get on with getting approval and making some money????
That news release was just getting some news out to show they are doing something to keep the story going..
Covisafe seems to me to be following the Saliva Antogen tests developed In the USA that work great on high viral loads but fail on low viral loads.
I am not hyping Spartan, they are not even a publically trade company. Also Spartan should have used one of the Saliva sampling methods available and used their Spartan test to show their test is also good for Saliva.

What is in fact true, according to the latest research, is that saliva based samples are just as reliable as nasopharyngeal samples.

You have absolutely no idea what the final testing will demonstrate, no one does except the researchers involved. But if you're going to post make sure you've done some research instead of just picking and choosing that which will support your point of view. If you want to hype Spartan's test, good for you. I certainly hope it helps meet the need. It certainly does not fit what governments all over the world are crying out for.
Cheers!

Although they had to change their sample from cheek swab to Nasal swab because the original cheek swab was for DNA testing and did not pickup enough Viruses in the mouth cheek area.
Covisafe works like the many Saliva test developed by companies in the US that only have high sensistivity only in detecting High Viral Loads. Those companies can not pass the FDA EUA.
Do U really want to know that your infected and beyond help when you have a high viral load.
Or u want to get detected with a low viral load and get treatment before your symtoms get worst.

* it requires a doctor to administer the test
* requires a nasopharyngeal swab
* is a PCR test so is likely to be expensive
There is NOTHING in the pipeline like CoviSafe ....at least no company that is offering any news of such a device..
The stock got beaten up a lot last week because the rise was too fast as shorters maintained and rode the wave up. Unfortunately there was enough inexperience that panic set in as the sp was MANIPULATED down. If it can sustain a level of between $.45 and $.50 until the next NR that should be looked at by those long on Thrm as exactly what is required .....for an exciting run.
GLTA!!!

Can confirm HC approval. No stock related to the company and 1 hour!!! Yes, 1 hour at home test. Therma still champion in this field. NOT EVEN CLOSE ANYWHERE ELSE. CAN'T WAIT!
