Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

John Lee

John LeeHere is my experience with business "ventures" involving this sleezy character.

I was first introduced to John Lee when he was selling his Mongolia project in early 2000. Then he created Prophecy Coal - V. PCY in 2007  and the venture was to build coal mines and sell coal to both Mongolian and "Russian" businesses.  Not only that, John Lee promoted the idea of  "building" coal power plant to provide a quarter of electricity in Mongolia.   I left when I figured out this was a scam.

Around the same time John Lee attempted to flea Prophecy Coal and moved into much sexier than PGM group plays.  here is how he got involved in NCL in 2009 - a PGM developer in Yukon. As the CEO of  NCL, John Lee was all talks about the future was the limit, blah, blah, blah.

My point is this  -  watch out when you invest in projects lead by John Lee - it is always his ideas and your money
