Scientists singled out the hormones and receptors that advance aging in the brain, PGE1 and EP2 respectively. what are those you ask? oh nothing, just the very hormones and receptors that NSAIDs block, Prostaglandin E1 and Prostaglandin EP2 receptor. But wait, doesnt taking too much NSAIDs causes mucosal lesions, bleeding, peptic ulcer, and inflammation in intestine leading to perforation, strictures in small and large intestines?
