I'm certainly no expert but from what I know, fuel cells just produce electricity that is then used by electric motors. So it's not like the electric motors are going anywhere. Since Exro's coil driver technology has to do with the operation of the electric motors themselves, I believe it wouldn't matter if the electricity came from fuel cells or batteries. Again, I'm no expert - could be wrong.
