xl pipeline not done yet states are going to talk to biden about the pipeline... 11 so far about the pipeline... it seems that in a pandemic there are not a lot of companys crating jobs ....So the want biden to over turn his decison to canel the permits... should be interesting.... They are also bring up the carben footprint between hauling the oil by train.... then pipeline... Biden did what he said he would do ....to get elected... Interesting to see if the states can change his mind ... ether ath will go up with or without the pipeline
