RE:Thinking of getting back in GMAThinkbigsti69 wrote: Sold my position in GMA last june to buy more PYR and HPQ. Now seriously thinking to come back. I know this is kind of ridiculous but can anyone give me as close as possible to an educated guess on a share price estimate for the next 2 years.
I would beg to differ with rareearthman one one point: sky might be the limit to GMA's share price for the following reasons:
- GMA may have the first mover advantage (in terms of public company);
- Green tech;
- Only to the demonstration plant level;
- Many jurisdiction need REO and are desperate to find a solution to the supply chain. GMA can build as many plants as it wants and decide the nature of the business plan (royalties)?;
- GMA is not an exploration company, but what if a major decides to exploit Montviel with GMA technology to separate REO? GMA has put Montviel back into its corporate presentation;
- One of the few juniors that is fully financed to cash flow generation;
- GMA has been contacted and tested the recycling of other strategic metal. It has also included which one it may recycle in the future in its corporate presentation;
- GMA is probably the majority shareholder of KTR. Results to come in the short term;
- Not a cash hungry company with a tight lid on unecessary expenses;
- Both level of governments offered their support to GMA.
GMA has not only a green tech to address supply chain issues of essential and strategic metal, it has potential to get revenues from a mine and make money out of investment. The potential is very difficult to assess and revenues can be derived from very different source. IT is very difficult to make a cap on how much GMA can go.
But first thing first. GMA needs to execute on the demonstration plant and it will hopefully be in 2021!
