RE:RE:Im Confused mississauga-I think the (TM) stands for trademark. As far as the Non disclosure agreements; I would think not disclosing revenue would be an issue. That doesn't mean to say wether or not Aliis is on a product being tested, ready, ready for sale, or for sale. I'm not an attorney but I'm sure Non discloser's have some athority over when product use can be revealed to investors.
