For me this is the key statement . . "The project scope and timeline will quickly follow." as hopefully it will give us some idea as to how progress will be funded and given Michael's background in project / programme management will, hopefully be sufficiently detailed as to enable us to understand whether the timeline is being adhered to. I'd also hope that the scoping statement will give some clue as to how the arrangement with CVRGlobal will be managed.
