Yes, likely. But it's still an awfully strange pr, revealing nothing substantive and forcing investors to read between the lines. The pr is worded such that it lumps NC in with "95%" of other companies that have been "bogged down by inefficiences", in effect saying that what NC is experiencing is no different than other companies. So why aren't other companies issuing a strange pr like this one? The entire pr leads one to negative conclusions, until the last paragraph stating "Management looks forward to updating investors on the many positive developments that are expected for the first quarter." So which is it: negative? positive? mixed bag? If anyone understands the purpose of this  vague pr, pls share.
