Agreed, this is not the ponzy scheme called bitcoin mining...this is real mining, blood and sweats that is managament and their hardwork counts and maybe a bit of luck..

You gotta be patient and be a risk taker..if you are here for quick easy money there are better options, tech and bitcoin and pretty muich every non-oil non-gold u.s stock
