Well, I long since missed the cut off date to dissent which was Jan 8th. Heck I only got my circular last Friday. Ridiculous. STock is now at $15.60...they are giving you $14.50 for your shares.

You are exchanging $11.50 and getting $10 in return. does this sound like a good deal for sheraholders?
