The only of any substance that will help this play are EU sales and only EU sales. In my opinion the lawsuits it they proceed will put this stock in the crapper. It's Black and White here, they get very strong sales announced and the stock skyrockets or they announce nothing and it tanks. There is no idle ground. They announce strong sales and the lawsuits go away, the ball is in their court. Until then we sit and watch. If nothing happens we are not in to take a bath, if they announce strong sales then there will be ample time to buy and make huge bucks. We sit wait and watch from the sidelines.
