You can get real trade data from a lot of financial sites but you have to pay for it.
Stockwatch.com get free Trade delayed data
Even stockhouse.com you can get real time data but you have to pay for it.
Most Banks give you free real time quote, but you have to refresh your screen, pay them and you get a lot more detailed data including Level ll market depth quotes.
