Truly awful. I'm not even sure I believe that's a legit OCS training video. Looks home-made, and even bad for home-made. There's no actual video of Cleo and JM, (I think she's JM's daughter) and the audio is terrible. Nevertheless that may actually be JM's voice, I say that because of the accent.

Hey, so Valens just bought abother Kelowna-based cannabis company today. They could have bought THC for less, but if you need a reason why they didnt consider buying THC, this "video" is a good place to start.
