Irving Resources Inc. is a Canada-based junior exploration company with a focus on gold in Japan. The Company’s project includes Omu Project, Yamagano Project and Other projects. Its lead project is the Omu Project located in the town of Omu on Japan’s northern island of Hokkaido. The project comprises the 2.98 square kilometers (km2) Omui mining license and 56 prospecting licenses covering an additional 171.38 km2. The Yamagano mining district, situated approximately 11 km southwest of the large, high-grade Hishikari gold mine, Japan. It also holds four new mineral prospecting licenses immediately east of the Yamagano mining tenement. Its other projects include Engaru, Noto and Satsuma B. Engaru has over 84.42 km2 of prospecting license applications covering an area a few km south of the historic Konomai gold field near the town of Engaru. Noto has over 337.37 km2 of prospecting license applications located on the Noto Peninsula with four discrete target areas.

Some people here are pure IDIOTS. BlackHawk is not trying to time IRV with TA. He actually said if he was trading the stock he wouldn't be in it right now. Read all of the comments on CEO not just what someone post here. He is not trading it he is a long term investor, there is a difference you know, or maybe then again some of you don't know the difference. If you are going to quote the guy then get it right don't just pick out one comment and ignore all the rest.
