The Company is focused on developing cell therapies for aesthetic and orthopedic conditions, including aging/sun-damaged skin, pattern baldness, and chronic tendon degeneration. The Company’s cell therapy product pipeline is comprised of RCT-01 for tendon repair, RCS-01 for skin rejuvenation, and RCH-01 for hair restoration. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

When you issued the prospectus for the preferred shares 2 - 3 years ago you stated that Replicel common shares could be valued at $20.00 by 2022. You are now saying that they may sell for up to $5.00 in November/December 2021. That's quite a difference!
